Grant went to the Stake Center on Tuesday to pick up the Missionaries and bring them back from a meeting. He pulled in the garage and about 3 minutes later our doorbell rang. Sam and I went to answer it and were surprised. There at our door was Grandma and Grandpa Arthur. They surprised us and flew in for the week. We had so much fun and were so glad to see them. Here are some pictures of what we did while they were here.

Friday we went for a drive to the port of catoosa and when we were driving all around we came across the Blue Whale on Route 66 so we decided to stop. It used to be a big swimming hole, but now is a swamp. You can see the diving board at the tail of the whale and the slide coming out the sides. Friday night we went to Chinese with Grant's parents but I forgot to get a picture of all of us.
Sat Grant and Grandpa put up Sam's swing which she absolutely loves.
Then we drove to Claremore and did the Will Rogers Museum

We miss them and are still crying that they had to go so early. Sammie was just getting used to sharing her room. We are so happy they came to see us. We love you!!

This is the getting ready to crawl. I loaded the wrong one but since it took so long I didn't want to erase it so you get it too.
She is getting so big and almost time for another hair cut:)
She looks so much like a toddler here in these clothes and look at her with her cell. Oh she is so big!
She now crawls to her knees in her crib and pulls herself up.
And here she is after she has just sat herself up.
She just looks so grown up. I can't believe she will be 11 months on Friday. Where does time go.
Well today has been monument as Sam decided to play catch up.
1. I walked in to get Sam up this morning and she was sitting up in her crib. 1st time she has set herself up. (Good thing we moved the crib down last weekend)
2. We put her down for her morning nap and she was just talking up a storm went in and she was sitting up again. So we left her and kept hearing more so we went back in and she had pulled herself up. Again, 1st time! (Again, good thing we moved the crib down, but now need to go to the final level)
3. She crawled to her toys. She has been trying on and off but this was actually two or three knee movements to reach the toys.
4. She got her first tooth. On the bottom, but won't let us see it.
Major catch up and break through's today (literally, ha ha)
I guess she felt she needed to catch Trey who is 4 months younger than her and got his first 2 teeth yesterday.
I was laying with Sam on the bed to get her to take a nap and after a 1/2 hour of her rolling around and about falling off the bed I put her in her crib and laid back down on the bed to take a nap. I kept hearing uhhh uhhh uhhh so I looked up and this is what I saw, our little peeper.
She is getting so big. She is teething and starting to really get mobile. Her crawl is getting better. Where has the last 10 + months gone?
